Tpago Mercantil 4.3.1

With Tpago, you can send and receive mobile payments instantly(1), quickly and securely, among affiliated Mercantil clients. All you need is the recipient's cellphone number and identification document(2).

This service is available through Mercantil en Línea Personas or by downloading the Tpago application(3) for smartphones and tablets.

1. Requires prior affiliation to Mercantil en Línea Personas.
2. The beneficiary must affiliate to the service in Mercantil en Línea Personas.
3. Available for devices with iOS operating system, version 8.0 and above.

Available options:

• Immediate mobile payment transfers to the affiliated mobile number of the recipient's account.
• Consultation of sent and received mobile payments.

Requirements:

• Affiliate to the Tpago network in Mercantil en Línea Personas.
• Have a smart mobile device with iOS operating system.
• Active internet service and data plan or WiFi network.
• Have a telephone password. If you have not created one or do not remember it, go to Mercantil en Línea Personas and select Change or Create Telephone Password, located under Additional Services - User Management and Passwords.
